Options Health is a non-profit organization that serves women in need of support. Scott, owner of UPSI, serves on the Board of Directors, and was privileged to lead the reconstruction effort as Construction Consultant and Construction Manager. The 5,000 Sq ft $1.5M project was completed in the Spring of 2023 to OSHPD 3 standards for a medical clinic.

Just a few of the services UPSI has provided:
-Evaluation of the potential of the space being purchased by the customer.
-Coordination of As-Built plans for the building. (Original blueprints don’t exist so we recreated them with PPM’s help.)
-Conceptual design with the customer
-Assistance vetting and securing an architect and coordinating all communications with the architect once engaged.
-Creation of the job scope.
-Presentation of the scope to potential bidders.
-Presentation of the bids and comparison for the customer.
-Oversight of the construction planning, mobilization, execution.
-Review RFI’s , Change Orders, Invoices.
-Liaison between customer, engineers, architects and contractor as issues and questions come up.
-Final Closeout.
