Untangling Bureaucratic Red Tape

Unlimited Property has been navigating bureaucratic red tape in most of the cities and counties of the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. Our role can include some or all of the following:

  1. Understand the scope of the project and the needs of the customer.
  2. Take a tactical look at your project to assess and neutralize potential landmines.
  3. Liase with project engineers, architects and other consultants in an effort to identify inconsistencies that may delay the process.
  4. Prepare and submit permit applications and all required supporting documents,
  5. Manage communications with the municipality, authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), and lean on existing relationships to expedite the process when possible.
  6. Schedule inspections and special inspections.
  7. Guide the project to completion while keeping the customer appropriately involved.
