This project was to repair the slump behind two homes in Concord. The creek had undercut the slope over several past winters and the hillside was caving into the creek and endangering the homes.

UPSI was tasked with removing old chain link fencing then fabricating and installing a new iron fence.

This exterior waterproofing project for a 1920s structure included focusing on the objectives of the HOA to prevent water intrusion, preserving the beauty of the unique nod to Art Deco Architectural Style, and control the impact on the community and neighbors.

UPSI was hired to be the Construction Manager and Construction Consultant to replace all of the rotting support beams on six large pool area arbors. This project includes surgically extracting the beams with the existing roof systems in place.

UPSI coordinated with multiple government agencies and the HOA to design a pool encloser which met the customers unique needs.

Custom flashings, pot shelf sheet metal pans, and extensive waterproofing were engineered by UPSI and our partners.

UPSI collaborated with the Board of Directors and their engineer to design a wall that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscaping.

This Arbor is a great example of how UPSI partners with a customer to make affordable upgrades a reality through a relationship of trust.

UPSI routinely upgrades and redesigns multifamily mailboxes to meet the unique needs of each CID. We specialize in working with the Post Office to manage re-key and mail management while handling all specifications required by law and by the HOA.
