Adequate lighting is essential to the security of any community. Unfortunately, light bulbs burn out. When they do, who do you call?
Why not let us do it for $40 per hour?
Unlimited Property Services is proud to announce its inexpensive lighting patrol service exclusively for Community Association Managers. At only $40 per hour, we will patrol your community on a weekly, monthly or on an "as needed" basis, checking your common lighting fixtures and replacing burnt out light bulbs. We patrol after dusk to get an accurate count of light bulbs that are out, and we keep an inventory of commonly used light bulbs to save on time and expense, billing for them only as used. Or, you can save money by having a volunteer or committee patrol the community and report burned-out lights to us for replacement. Our patrols have a 2 hour minimum charge, so replacements up to 2 hours during the walkthrough will be included in the cost. (Anything requiring ladders will obviously be done in the daylight.)
That’s not all! Patrolling after dusk, we can also provide you with a unique view of the community that you cannot get from a daytime inspection. Use us to check on other maintenance issues or maybe to check on a reported parking violation?
UPSI is committed to making the lives of our Community Managers, well, more manageable. We hope this service helps make your life a little easier.
“We have contracted with Unlimited Property Services to complete our Maintenance Manual inspections for a newly developed community in Livermore. One of the most important components of those inspections is lighting, which UPSI completes on a monthly basis. Not only are the reports which they provide clearly detailed, but all bulb replacement is completed without delay. They also provide explanation of any area(s) which require additional electrical work, so there are no unexpected costs. I would recommend using UPSI for completing your required inspections. I have always been completely happy with the services they provide.” Melanie - CMCA
